In Cinema part 1 (the introverts)

Starting this post off with the obvious: this is cinema! And as such is a highly exaggerated and dramaticized version of life in every possible direction. Yet, these characters, I think, are good representations of the given types.  Please take this post lightheartedly and be amused! Now without further adieu, I present the introverts depicted in cinema...

ISTJ - Forest Gump - Minus the retardation which is more of a condition rather than a cognition, Forest is an ISTJ as is evident by his Si-Fi love and loyalty for Jenny and Si hero surviving the hardships of life.  A simple man who lived in a complicated world. Si-Te-Fi-Ne

ISFJ - Water boy - Again with the mental slowness (I'm sorry Si heroes it is purely coincidence) the water boy is a good ISFJ character as he follows rules, takes care of his mother, Si hero survival of hardships and learning to not be bullied.  Also, true to ISFJ form, is a very skillful type that is often not credited as such. Si-Fe-Ti-Ne

ISTP - No time to die - Obvious ISTP here almost cliché at this point.  But "no time to die" is a good one in particular given Te nemesis is always worried about time haha.  Ti-Se-Ni-Fe

ISFP - A knights tale - Notice Te aspirational in his desire to accomplish, gain wealth, and his willingness to deceive in order to get it (pragmatic type with Te spins as perception is truth)  yet is a love story. Fi-Se-Ni-Te

INTJ - Catch me if you can - Another gamma quadra Te user going after their booty.  The wayfarer type, INTJ using the system, or flaws therein, to its advantage. Ni-Te-Fi-Se

INTP - A beautiful mind - The smarty pants of all smarty pants with a beautiful mind, this character is an INTP with big arms haha. Ti-Ne-Si-Fe

INFJ - Of course fantastical, yet the Ni dots connecting with Ti logic are evident as well as Te trickster taking janitor jobs (Te trickster not caring about status) as he goes through life.  Ni non-conformist with demonstrations of Se as well.  Leave it to his INFP counselor and ESTP friend to help him out.  In this movie scenario, the character Will is an INFJ.  Ni-Fe-Ti-Se

INFP - The princess diaries - This is a good depiction of an INFP getting into their ESTJ subconscious with Te aspirational.  Fi-Ne-Si-Te

And there you have it - the introverts depicted in cinema.  Next up...the extroverts!
